There is central heating throuhgout making the property suitable for winter use. The lounge is equipped with :

The kitchen/dining area has :
- Dishwasher
- Oven/Gas Hob
- Microwave
- All necessary electrical appliances
- Dinning table and chairs for ten people
- Tiled floor
The bathroom has shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. The shower room has shower cubicle and vanity unit with wash basin (the shower room is accessable from 2 of the double bedrooms). There is a 2nd, separate WC. All rooms have wonderful views across the courtyard and woodland. This property is suitable for people with disabilities being on one level. Cots/facilities for babies are available on request. The washing machine is situated in the utility room. This property has its own large garden, BBQ and garden furniture with access to the site's HEATED POOL (between mid May to September months only), sun-bathing areas, and boules court.
Bed Linen, house towels and hair dryer all included at no extra cost. Pool towels are not provided. Extra facilities for infants and children e.g. cots, high-chairs etc can all be provided on request.
For the safety of children, and the convenience of all our guests, vehicles are not permitted into the courtyard, There is ample off road parking just outside the gates.
Guests are expected to leave the cottage in the state of cleanliness in which they found it on arrival. We would be happy to restore the cottage on your behalf to the standard of cleanliness required by us at a cost of 40 Euro's. |
